Loving this porcelain bottle for Yaoki sake.
The name ‘Yaoki’ comes from the Japanese proverb “Nana korobi yaoki”, meaning “Stand up on the eighth attempt after falling seven times” or “Never give up!”.
The special shape of the bottle reflects this concept as, like a roly-poly Daruma doll, it will stand up again and again even if it almost falls over.
Designed by Dentsu Kyushu, the bottle is made from arita-yaki porcelain from one of the most famous potteries in the world.
The ad campaign is pretty cool too.
