Prima table

The Prima table, designed by Alvaro Catalán de Ocón, is a simple table assembled by a single screw, with identical legs and no welded parts.

The table legs are expelled outwards, remaining constrained and fixed by a central ring, by screwing together two equal truncated cones to create a central ‘knot’. A rubber ring on each of the supporting arms softens the transition between metal and glass.
