Now showing at MoMA, in the Philip Johnson Architecture and Design Galleries, Plywood: Material, Process, Form showcases examples from the museum’s collection of modern designs that take advantage of the formal and aesthetic possibilities offered by plywood. The exhibition includes iconic furniture by 20th century design heroes such as Alvar Aalto, Charles and Ray Eames, Eero Saarinen and Arne Jacobsen.
