Completed in 1929, the Lovell Health House by Richard Neutra, was the first steel-frame residence in the U.S.

Commissioned by Dr. Philip Lovell, an influential naturopath of the 1920s, the building was designed as “a residence that would enhance the health and well-being of its inhabitants?”
