Architectural jelly

This wonderful Wheatgrass & Lime Jelly from Atkins is my favourite contender from the recently held Architectural Jelly Banquet, organised by architectural foodsmiths Bompas & Parr for the London Festival of Architecture 2008.

The winning jelly by Tonkin Liu, along with other jellies from the competition are available for auction on the Bompas & Parr website – final bids to be received by Monday 4 August.

Money raised will help Article 25 to carry out their work providing expertise to aid agencies, NGOs and communities wherever there is disaster, poverty or need.
